Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases via telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right consists in the right to return the purchased good to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Purchases made from retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products: masks. The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to article 59 of the Consumer Code Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments.
Method of exercising the right of withdrawal
If the Customer is a consumer, he is entitled to the rights referred to in the art. 64 of the Consumer Code within the limits established by this legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the manner specified below. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products a communication by registered mail with return receipt written in Italian addressed to:

The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. This communication must contain the codes of the products you intend to return, as well as information on how to reimburse the expense incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details. The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to individual products purchased in their entirety;
- the purchased product must be intact, unopened and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation);
- shipping costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the Customer;
- shipping is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, Contel S.r.l. will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. The refunded amount will be net of costs for delivery of the products.
Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will, as soon as possible, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products, withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs which will however remain the responsibility of the customer.

For data security on the www.bloomunderwear.com website, in addition to traditional measures, we have also adopted 256Bit SSL protection, in this way, all data, from registration, to password recovery and purchase, are protected through SSL 256 encryption ensuring the privacy of your data. We remind you that no payment transactions and no credit card data are carried out or stored on our site.
All payment operations via credit card are carried out directly from the PayPal and Sumup server.
