The first step for the use of Bloom Underwear briefs is the change of your routine on products related to the disposable menstrual cycle. As a first step we recommend using the briefs at home, in order to become familiar, later and gradually you will be able to use them for the entire period of your menstrual cycle.

How are they washed?
Bloom Underwear briefs are washable and reusable. Start by rinsing with cold water and wring out as much liquid as possible.
After rinsing, wash them yourself or with other laundry at 30 ºC. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Alternatively, you can wash them gently by hand with the soap you use daily.
Lay them out and let them dry in the open air. (do not use dryer).
